“Prior to becoming a chef, I had worked in advertising for over 14 years. I had shelved my life in advertising completely until my dear friend Cari Anderson, suggested that I venture into food photography. It is so much fun and combines the best of both careers in that I not only get to prepare the food, but I’m also able to plate it and then photograph it. My photos have appeared in Organic Gardening Magazine, Amazon.com, Food Innovations and CarlsonLabs.com.”
